1. Pay a non-refundable fee of P5,000.00 within two weeks after issuance of results to reserve a slot for the incoming school year.
2. Enrollment Slot is valid/reserved to the applicant until May 31 only. Full payment of the remaining amount required based on the preferred payment mode should be settled on or before the above date. Otherwise, the slot shall be given to other applicants.
3. Non-payment of reservation fee within the given schedule would mean no enrollment for the coming school year.
4. Successful applicants also have the option to proceed to enrollment right away (refer to Enrollment Procedure for New Students/Transferees)
5. Procedure for Slot Reservation:
a. Pay the reservation fee. For bank transaction, kindly deposit your payment to BPI Savings Account Number 0311- 012118 with Account Name: Lourdes School Quezon City. Then, email the proof of payment to onlinepayment@lsqc.edu.ph with the following details:
• deposit slip with the amount (indicate: Slot Reservation)
• name of student
• application data entry number
b. Wait for an email from the Accounting Office for confirmation of payment. The official receipt may be personally claimed from the said office.
