Borrow, Renew, Return




  1. Students are entitled to borrow 3 books at time, for non-fiction a period of 3 days; Filipiniana/Rizaliana for overnight use; and for fiction a period of 7 days and they are subject to renewal if not in demand
  2. . Reference books such as encyclopedias, dictionaries, almanacs, atlases are not to be taken out from the library as well as periodicals (magazines and newspapers
  3. Before leaving the counter, carefully inspect the book you are borrowing. Report immediately any damage you may discover
  4. If you need the book beyond the due date, you may renew it, provided no one else has reserved the book.



Lost books and periodicals are to be paid at the current price or replaced by the same title and edition.

Return books on time so others may use them, to avoid overdue fines and help us keep the books circulating. If materials are kept beyond due date, the following are charged (including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays)

Non-Fiction books – 1php/day

Fiction books – 1 php/day

Filipiniana/Rizaliana- 2php/day
