The Lourdesian community congratulates MR. HECTOR LOUIS BANDA for ranking 11th place in the Industrial Engineering Certification Examination given by the Philippine Institute of Industrial Engineers last December 4, 2016. There were 778 examinees who took the exam.
Mr. Banda graduated at the University of Santo Tomas and an alumnus of Batch 2011.
